Description: Refurbishment of the existing stone stable building with a new large single storey extension to the existing building to facilitate a new day care centre. The construction works included extensive mechanical services incorporating renewable geothermal heat pumps, high input of electrical services, a covered drop-off canopy area, private landscaped gardens and a ground level terrace. The works also included a new serviced road, boundary fencing, car park and associated site works.
