Description: A three phased extension, refurbishment and restoration works to an architectural conservation project in Nenagh town centre. The remaining phases continued to remain occupied during the construction works. The refurbishment works included new timber sash windows, removing the cement mortar from existing stonework and repoint with lime mortar. The two storey extension included a new entrance canopy, training rooms, new lift, kitchen, gym, boiler room, offices and stores.
