Description: The project consists of the construction of 13 no. new housing unit at Wallers Well, Limerick. The houses were constructed with Ibstock Brick West Hoathly Blend brick, Aluclad Winodws, Roof & Pozi Joist and finished internally with Kitchens, Tiling, Timber Stairs, Vinyl Flooring and painting throughout. The Development included a new site entrance, new boundary walls, works to existing boundary wall, bin stores, street lighting, new watermain, new foul sewer connection, diversion of storm sewer, new ESB Substation, new Pedestrian Crossing, new Signs, Planting & Landscaping. The external works also included new paving, tarmac to include for 19 no. car parking spaces. The project was within a confined space and with restricted access.
Martins Construction was main contractor and PSCS for all of the works.
